OCTAGON is an independent, informational UFC companion. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by UFC, Zuffa, ESPN, Google, betting operators, or any athlete. Event, ranking, record, and market information can change and may be delayed or incomplete.
Not betting advice
Odds and implied probabilities are displayed for information only. OCTAGON does not provide betting advice, accept wagers, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of betting information. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
Content and intellectual property
The OCTAGON interface, original copy, data organization, and code are protected by applicable law. You may use the public site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not systematically copy, scrape, republish, reverse engineer, or resell the service or its compiled data except where the law expressly permits it. UFC names, marks, athlete imagery, and related material remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access controls, automate excessive requests, or use OCTAGON in a way that harms the app, its data providers, or other visitors. We may restrict abusive traffic to protect the service.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms as the product develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
